1. General Provisions
1.1. This Public Offer is an official proposal from LLC "SHKALA" (EDRPOU 41058387) to conclude a ticket purchase agreement for the NeoScala cinema.
1.2. Acceptance (acceptance) of the Offer is made by paying for the ticket through the website or payment service.
1.3. The Offer is public and the same for all users.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The cinema provides the service of organizing a film screening, and the User pays and receives the right to attend the session.
2.2. The ticket confirms the right to a one-time visit to a specific session, date, time, and place.
3. Order Placement Procedure
3.1. Orders are made through the NeoScala website.
3.2. Payment is made through the WayForPay payment service.
3.3. After successful payment, the User receives an electronic ticket (QR code).
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. Ticket prices are indicated on the website at the time of order placement.
4.2. Payment is made in hryvnias.
4.3. The cinema does not store bank card data — payment processing is carried out by the payment provider.
5. Ticket Delivery
5.1. The ticket is sent electronically on the confirmation page and/or to the User's personal account.
5.2. The QR ticket is sufficient for entry to the hall.
6. Ticket Refunds
6.1. Refunds are possible no later than 2 hours before the start of the session.
6.2. Tickets are non-refundable after the session has started.
6.3. In case of cancellation or rescheduling of the session initiated by the cinema, the User has the right to:
- a full refund; or
- exchange the ticket for another session of equal value.
6.4. Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made.
7. No-Show
7.1. If the User does not show up for the session, the funds are not refunded.
7.2. The ticket is considered used after the session has started.
8. Technical Failures
8.1. In case of technical problems with the website, payment system, or electronic ticket delivery, the cinema is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services.
8.2. All disputed situations are resolved on an individual basis.
9. Age Restrictions
9.1. Attendance at films is carried out according to the age category.
9.2. The cinema has the right to refuse admission if the age restriction is violated without refunding the money.
10. Liability of the Parties
10.1. The cinema is not responsible for incorrect data entry by the User.
10.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
11. Force Majeure
11.1. In case of emergencies (including air alarms, technical accidents, power outages), the session may be postponed or canceled.
11.2. The procedure for compensation is determined by the cinema administration according to the situation.
12. Final Provisions
12.1. Acceptance of this Offer occurs by paying for the ticket.
12.2. The cinema has the right to change the terms of the Offer without prior notice.
