Terms of Use for the NeoScala Website

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms govern the use of the NeoScala website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

3. Account

- Apple ID.

3.3. The User is responsible for maintaining access to their account.

3.4. The cinema is not responsible for unauthorized access if it occurred due to the User's fault.

4. Personal Account

4.1. In the account, the User can:

- view order history;

- receive electronic tickets;

- manage personal data.

5. Ticket Purchase

5.1. Ticket purchases are made through the Site with a redirect to the payment service WayForPay.

5.2. After successful payment, the User receives an electronic ticket (QR code).

5.3. The ticket is one-time use and valid only for a specific screening.

6. Usage Restrictions

The User is prohibited from:

- disrupting the operation of the Site;

- attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system;

- using automated systems (bots) to purchase tickets;

- copying or modifying the Site's content without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All materials on the Site (texts, images, design, logos) are the property of NeoScala or are used legally.

7.2. Copying or using them without written permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

8.1. The Site is provided "as is".

8.2. The cinema does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

8.3. The cinema is not responsible for:

- loss of access to the account due to the User's fault;

- actions of payment systems or third-party services.

9.1. The Site uses third-party services:

- WayForPay (payments);

- Google / Facebook / Apple (authorization);

- Google Analytics (analytics).

9.2. Interaction with these services is governed by their own policies.

10. Changes to the Terms
