Cinema Visit Rules for NeoScala
General Provisions
1.1. These Rules define the procedure for visiting the NeoScala cinema (hereinafter referred to as the "Cinema").
1.2. Visiting the Cinema means the full and unconditional agreement of the visitor to these Rules.
1.3. The Cinema operates in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", the Civil Code of Ukraine, and fire safety regulations.
1.4. Ticket prices are indicated in the price list, regulated by the Cinema administration, and may be changed by the Cinema administration without prior notice to visitors.
Entry to the Cinema and Tickets
2.1. Entry to the hall is allowed only with a valid ticket.
2.2. A ticket entitles the holder to a one-time viewing of the film at the specified time, date, and location.
2.3. An electronic QR ticket is a full-fledged document for entry.
2.4. The Cinema has the right to refuse entry after the start of the screening until the nearest technical break (if available) in order not to disturb other viewers.
2.5. The visitor is obliged to keep the tickets and the fiscal receipt of the purchase until the end of the screening.
Age Restrictions
3.1. Film viewing is conducted according to age categories: 0+, 6+, 12+, 16+, 18+.
3.2. The visitor is obliged to adhere to the established age restrictions.
3.3. The administration has the right to request a document confirming age.
3.4. Children under 6 years old are allowed only when accompanied by adults.
3.5. Children under 2 years old are admitted free of charge, provided they do not occupy a separate seat in the cinema hall. The presence of adults is mandatory.
3.6. Parents, guardians, or other legal representatives have the right to decide on the attendance of a minor at a screening with age restrictions, solely at their own responsibility, provided they personally accompany the minor. In this case, the legal representative confirms that they are aware of the film's age category and bear responsibility for any potential impact of its content on the child.
3.7. The provisions of paragraph 3.6 do not apply to films with an age category of 18+. Persons under 18 years of age are not allowed to such screenings regardless of the presence or consent of parents or other legal representatives.
Behavior in the Cinema
4.1. Visitors are obliged to maintain public order and respect other guests.
4.2. During the screening, it is prohibited to:
- talk or create noise;
- use mobile devices with sound or bright light on;
- occupy seats not indicated on the ticket.
Prohibited Actions
5.1. It is prohibited in the cinema premises to:
- be in a state of strong alcoholic or drug intoxication;
- use narcotic substances;
- smoke, including electronic cigarettes;
- bring and use weapons, explosive or dangerous items;
- use laser pointers;
- take photos, videos, or audio recordings of films without the permission of the rights holder;
- damage the property of the Cinema;
- engage in any actions that interfere with the viewing of other visitors.
Food and Beverages
6.1. Consumption of products purchased at the Cinema bar is allowed in the halls.
6.2. The administration has the right to restrict the bringing of outside food and beverages.
Administration Rights
7.1. The Cinema administration has the right to:
- refuse entry to persons who violate public order;
- remove persons from the hall without compensation for the ticket cost in case of rule violations;
- check visitors' belongings for safety reasons;
- change the hall or seat in case of technical necessity while maintaining the category of the seat;
- stop the screening in case of emergencies.
Air Raid and Safety
8.1. In case of an air raid announcement, the screening may be stopped.
8.2. Visitors are obliged to leave the hall and proceed to the shelter according to the staff's instructions.
8.3. After the alarm is over, the screening may be continued or rescheduled at the administration's discretion.
Responsibility
9.1. Visitors bear full material responsibility for damage caused to the Cinema's property as a result of intentional or unintentional actions.
9.2. The Cinema is not responsible for personal belongings of visitors left unattended.
Final Provisions
10.1. The Cinema reserves the right to change these Rules without prior notice.
